Lower Turner Campus Center is the lower level of East Campus’ Turner Campus Center, and is home to the 1899 Dining Hall, the Mexicali Grill, the Cougars’ Den Café, Paws ’N Go convenience store, Mail Services East, and the Los Angeles Pacific College Board Room (LAPC).
