Step 1: Residents of North Campus (Esken, Mechoopda, Konkow), Whitney, Shasta, Lassen, and Sutter should only enter the check-in area from West Sacramento Ave and not through Warner. A reminder that all University Village (UV) residents will check in at University Village located at 1206 West Sacramento Ave.

Step 2: Residents of North Campus (Esken, Mechoopda, Konkow), Whitney, Shasta, Lassen, and Sutter should only enter the check-in area from West Sacramento Ave and Warner. While entering a reminder that only one vehicle per resident will be permitted. Residents should have their Wildcat ID number ready and available for staff. Individuals should stay in their vehicles at all times while entering the check-in serpentine. Staff will provide direction on how to navigate the serpentine.

Step 3: University Housing staff will approach your vehicle to begin the check-in process and provide a move-in packet. After checking in and receiving your move-in packet, residents of North Campus (Esken, Mechoopda, Konkow) will be directed towards North Campus and should not head towards Legion Ave. Residents of Whitney, Shasta, Lassen, and Sutter will be directed towards the unloading zone on Legion Ave.
Exit to Unloading Zone
Step 4: Residents of Whitney, Shasta, Lassen, and Sutter will exit and head right towards Legion Ave. University Police and Parking Services will be directing traffic as parking becomes available on the street. Please ensure that you have your provided parking pass, located in your move-in packet, ready for staff to check. Only one vehicle per resident will be allowed and will not be able to re-enter once having initially parked on Legion Ave. A reminder that no U-Hauls, trailers, or extra-large vans will be allowed onto Legion Ave. Residents should plan on only parking in the unloading zone for approximately 15 minutes to ensure that we can accommodate all students moving in.
