    1. Student Services Center

      Designed as a courtyard building the Student Services Center houses 26 student service programs in a warm, daylight-filled environment. Built in 2008, the Student Services Center acts as a one-stop spot for all things our students might need. From admissions to financial aid, you’ll get all the answers in one place. It’s important to note that our Student Services Center was designed to meet our University’s sustainability goals while reflecting the architectural tradition of the campus.

    2. BMU

      The Bell Memorial Union, or BMU houses the Associated Students and Student Activities offices. Built in 2001, the BMU is owned and operated by our Associated Students and run by our student government. The BMU provides many services, including two computer labs, the Marketplace Café, bookstore, Common Grounds study area, conference rooms and many more. The BMU is a big part of Chico State daily life.

    3. Trinity Hall

      Completed in 1933, Trinity Hall houses faculty offices, the religious studies and foreign language departments as well as one of our nine campus art galleries. The bell tower chimes on the hour and half hour. Trinity’s adjacent rose garden boasts an extensive collection and has been allowing our students to “stop and smell the roses” since nineteen fifty seven.

    4. Kendall Hall

      Kendall Hall's brick Romanesque architecture can be seen throughout the campus. A grand example of this is Kendall Hall. Built in 1929, Kendall Hall houses the presidents, provost’s, and other administrative offices and departments. Our school motto can be found above the main entrance “Today Decides Tomorrow.”

    5. Laxson Auditorium

      Laxson Auditorium is our largest theater, seating 1200 people. It’s a place where authors, world leaders, and other distinguished guests take center stage. Hosting performances produced and performed by Chico State students. Laxson Auditorium is a central part of both the Chico community and University.

    6. Housing Office

      University Housing is the office that provides students with on-campus housing in eight residence halls. The four halls on the main campus are Whitney, Sutter, Shasta, and Lassen. Sutter Hall also houses the dining facility. The three halls located on North Campus are Esken, Mechoopda, and Konkow, and the one off-campus complex is University Village.     7. Meriam Library

      Built in 1974, Meriam Library houses over one million volumes and a wide variety of research materials, government documents, Periodicals, maps and other materials. for student access. With three computer labs, study group areas, and a copy center Meriam Library is research central for every student.

    8. Wildcat Recreation Center (WREC)

      In 2009, the Wildcat Recreation Center, or WREC, opened its doors. This amazing facility features state-of-the-art equipment, indoor basketball courts, outdoor pool and hot tub, and even a climbing wall. The WREC offers Chico State students the very best in recreation. You’ll have fun and stay fit when you visit the Wildcat Recreation Center.
