      Bearcat Commons offers all-you-care-to-eat dining at 8 stations including our award winning Simple Servings station that serves food free of the top 9 allergens. Options include a chefs choice station with homestyle entrees and sides, grill with freshly prepared sandwiches and specials, a rotating offer of pizza and pasta, delicious home made soups, and a freshly sourced salad bar with seasonal ingredients.       UCook Kitchen is a multi-dimensional, fully customizable experience built into the traditional dining hall, turning students into the chefs. The station stocks an assortment of ready to cook proteins, vegetables, grains and starches paired with a pantry of sauces, aromatics, and seasonings. These ingredients are supplied alongside induction stoves, pans, cutlery, and other tools to empower students to create their own meal.
