    1. Franken Hall

      Franken Hall, a seven-story high rise, is home to up to 300 residents. Franken is a non-smoking building and is coed by floor. University Wellness Services, The Station, and a sand volleyball court are located nearby.


      Eligibility:
      First-year and upper-class students are eligible to live in Franken Hall.

    2. Tower Suites East

      Tower Suites East provides students with advanced housing options. Students can choose to live in this suite-style building.

    3. Tower Suites West

      Tower Suites East provides students with advanced housing options. Students can choose to live in this suite-style building.

    4. South Complex

      South Complex is centrally located to academic buildings, University offices, the Student Union, the Student Recreation Center, and the library. Four or five rooms are grouped by gender in a pod with a privatized bathroom. Each floor features a kitchenette, laundry room, patio, study room and meeting room.

      Eligibility:

      • Upper-class housing, students in their sophomore year and up are permitted to live in South Complex
      • Honors students
      • Four lofted (2-story) rooms on the first floor are eligible for gender-neutral housing
      • Elementary Education Living Learning Community

    5. Hudson Hall

      Hudson, a four-story building, houses approximately 200 residents, is non-smoking and coed by floor. Five or six rooms are grouped into a pod with a privatized bathroom. Features include a shared community building that connects Hudson and Perrin, 24-hour study lounges, classroom space, lounges and a recreation room.

      Eligibility:
      Only incoming first-year students are eligible to live in Hudson and Perrin Halls.

    6. Perrin Hall

      Perrin, a five-story building, is home to nearly 300 residents, is non-smoking and coed by floor. Five or six rooms are grouped into a pod with a privatized bathroom. Features include a shared community building that connects Hudson and Perrin, 24-hour study lounges, classroom space, lounges and a recreation room.

      Eligibility:
      Only incoming first-year students are eligible to live in Hudson and Perrin Halls.

    7. Roberta Hall

      Sorority women at Northwest have their own place to call home in Roberta Hall. Roberta Hall is Northwest's original residence hall and has a rich history. Roberta is home to the ladies of Alpha Delta Pi, Alpha Sigma Alpha, Phi Mu, Sigma Kappa and Sigma Sigma Sigma. Each sorority is assigned a wing in the hall that they make their home with sorority specific information, symbols, and mascots. Along with assigned wings, each resident sorority has a chapter room that they may use for their own general purposes, such as study space, meetings and sisterhood events. Roberta is designated as non-smoking.

      Eligibility:
      Roberta Hall is specifically for upper-class, sorority women. Room assignments are designated through sorority standards and requirements.

    8. Willow Forest Village Apartments

      The Forest Village Apartments (FVA) are comprised of three buildings with three floors each and apartments in two or four person configurations. This arrangement allows for an upperclass environment conducive to studying, closer resident communities within apartments, and resident privacy. Another part of Forest Village is the FVA Community Building. The Community Building contains a 12-hour desk to provide services to residents, mailboxes, and a community room with a kitchen. Forest Village is a smoke-free living environment where residents enjoy a 24-hour visitation policy and pets are permitted.

      Eligibility:
      Sophomores, juniors, seniors and graduate students can take advantage of the Forest Village Apartments.

      Buildings are coed by apartment. Forest Village is also eligible for gender-neutral housing.

      Amenities:

      • Full kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, range, refrigerator) 
      • Bathroom (two in the four-bed units) 
      • Individual/private bedrooms 
      • Moveable bedroom furniture including a bed, desk, desk chair, wardrobe, and dresser 
      • Moveable living room furniture including end tables, chairs, and a couch (typical allotment, living room furniture may vary by configuration of the specific apartment)

    9. Sycamore Forest Village Apartments

      The Forest Village Apartments (FVA) are comprised of three buildings with three floors each and apartments in two or four person configurations. This arrangement allows for an upper-class environment conducive to studying, closer resident communities within apartments, and resident privacy. Another part of Forest Village is the FVA Community Building. The Community Building contains a 12-hour desk to provide services to residents, wireless Internet to campus laptops, mailboxes, and a community room with a kitchen. Forest Village is a smoke-free living environment and residents enjoy a 24-hour visitation policy and pets are permitted.

      Eligibility:
      Sophomores, juniors, seniors, and Graduate students can take advantage of the Forest Village Apartments.

      Buildings are co-ed by apartment. Forest Village is also eligible for gender neutral housing.

    10. Forest Village Apartments Community Building

      The Forest Village Apartments Community Building is home to a 12-hour desk to provide services to residents, mailboxes and a community room with a kitchen.

      The Forest Village Apartments (FVA) are comprised of three buildings with three floors each and apartments in two or four-person configurations. This arrangement allows for an upper-class environment conducive to studying, closer resident communities within apartments, and resident privacy. Another part of Forest Village is the FVA Community Building. The Community Building contains a 12-hour desk to provide services to residents, mailboxes and a community room with a kitchen. Forest Village is a smoke-free living environment where residents enjoy a 24-hour visitation policy and pets are permitted.

      Eligibility:
      Sophomores, Juniors, Seniors and Graduate Students may take advantage of the Forest Village Apartments.

      Buildings are coed by apartment. Forest Village is also eligible for gender-neutral housing.
