The Rams Head project includes Chase Dining Hall, Rams Head Recreation Center, a convenience store at street level, a parking deck that accomodates more cars than the former parking lot, and an intensive green roof. The 30" deep green roof holds stormwater and hosts trees that will grow up to 60 feet tall. The at-grade walkway connects north campus classrooms and south campus residence halls.
