This LEED Gold-certified building utilizes active chilled beams that provide cooling. The building has a green roof, vertical solar fins and horizontal light shelves, a double layer skin to insulate the exterior, covered bike racks, lockers and showers accessible from the plaza level, and non-potable water supplies. The building is designed to use rain water to flush toilets with reclaimed water as a backup supply source.
