Sycamore Tree
The venerable sycamore tree, with its distinctive peeling bark, is said to have been planted by our founder, Timothy Alden, when Bentley’s cornerstone was laid. As long as the tree flourishes, legend has it, so will the College. (And we’re happy to report that the tree is doing just fine!)
