Located directly across from the Feaster Center, Pence Hall is a co-ed residence hall that features both single and double-style rooms. This residential facility offers an 11.5 month lease to students living in a single. Each room has wireless Internet and basic cable up to 70 channels. Every bedroom features an extra-long twin bed, standing wardrobes, desks, and additional dresser storage and laundry facilities are free amenities provided to all residential students. When you walk into Pence Hall you will see a newly remodeled lobby with brand new furniture, a pool table, and a flat screen TV.
