      University Terrace, a new state-of-the-art facility, opened in Fall 2016. This beautiful facility houses 345 students and is one of two residence halls on campus that operates on an 11.5 month lease. This residential facility has state-of-the-art safety and security. Students will use their student ID card to gain access to the building, their suite, or apartment. University Terrace consists of three buildings: the North and West buildings are connected by glass, sound-proof study lounges while the East Building is a standalone facility that shares resources of North and West. University Terrace houses both freshman and upperclassmen students. Freshmen are permitted to live in any of the 140 semi-suites. The semi-suites provide privacy while also giving Freshmen a true college experience. In each semi-suite, students will share their bedroom with another student. A common bathroom is shared with another bedroom of two students with no more than four students sharing one bathroom/shower facility. Each semi-suite bedroom includes a smart TV. Upperclassmen are permitted to stay in any of the apartments; single studio, double, or a quad. The apartments include a living area, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. All apartments are fully furnished and have a smart 55-inch TV in the common area.
