      Located in building 9070 is the Headquarters for Tech Parks Arizona, one of the nation's premier research parks. A dynamic, interactive community where innovators and business leaders meet, where emerging companies and technology giants work side by side.
      
      Tech Parks Arizona creates the place, environment and interactive ground that generates, attracts and retains technology companies and talent in alignment with the research, mission and goals of the University of Arizona (UA).  Tech Parks Arizona directs the UA Tech Park at Rita Road, UA Tech Park at The Bridges and the University of Arizona (UA) Center for Innovation with the highest priority of recruiting companies with connections to the UA to locate at these facilities.  
      

   2. Campus Grounds

      The UA Tech Park is a 280-acre campus home to beautifully landscaped grounds with sustainable and mature vegetation. The open campus design features wide spaces for our employees, tenants, and visitors to take advantage of multiple outdoor seating areas and walking paths.    3. CafeZona

      Cafe Zona is the place to get good, fresh food in a relaxed setting. The Park Café is located in Building 9040. Operated by Eurest Dining Services, Café Zona serves hot breakfast and lunch made with local produce.
      
      Eurest also provides a full range of catering services onsite to meet your business needs. This includes hot or cold breakfasts, lunch, snacks, hors-d'oeuvres, ice cream, bakery items, and a variety of beverages.

      The University of Arizona Center for Innovation is a startup incubator network with outposts across the Southern Arizona region and a mission to grow scalable startup ventures that fuel the Arizona economy. Since inception in 2003, the program has directly served over 120 companies and impacted thousands of entrepreneurs.
