    1. Student Success Center (S)

      The Student Success Center is located at 400 7th Street North, La Crosse. It is home to Learner Support and Transition, the Welcome Center, the Veteran Military Center, Assessment Services, Learning Commons, Library, Access Services, Counseling, Career Services, Community Engagement, and the Multicultural Center.

    2. Business Education Center (B)

      Western has a variety of business related programs. The majority of classrooms and labs for our business programs are located in the Business Education Center, at 405 8th Street North, La Crosse.

      In the lower level of the building, you will find PC Services where you can get assistance with computer problems and purchase computer software or used computers.

    3. Integrated Technology Center (T)

      The Integrated Technology Center (also known around campus as ITC) is the hub for our advanced manufacturing, architecture and construction, agriculture, and engineering programs. It is located at 325 8th Street North, La Crosse.

      The building was completely remodeled to create spaces that serve as living laboratories, where students can use the building itself as a learning tool. Exposed piping in the walls, wiring in the ceiling, and accessible mechanicals take center stage, becoming part of the overall design.

      Take a break between classes and enjoy the unique features of the building, including a two-story living wall made up of plants, or the outside seating area on the second floor green roof.

      The Integrated Technology division office is located on the first floor. The fourth floor has flexible spaces to host hands-on academies for local high school students.

    4. Kumm Center (K)

      The Kumm Center is located at 400 6th Street North, La Crosse. It houses a variety of services and classroom spaces. The first floor is home to the Union Market, the main on-campus dining service. The Campus Shop bookstore, Student Life office, Student Government office, ATM, vending machines, and study areas are also located on the first floor.

      Western's culinary programs have classrooms and lab spaces in the lower level and on the first floor. During the spring term, these students operate a full-service restaurant, called the Union Bistro, which is located on the first floor.

      Health programs have modern classrooms and high-tech labs in the lower level as well as the second, third, and fourth floors. The Health and Public Safety division office can be found on the second floor.

    5. Lunda Center (L)

      The Lunda Center is a professional meeting and learning facility ideal for corporate and community meetings, conferences, and seminars, as well as student activities and other college events. Our catering services include breakfasts, buffets, hors d'oeuvres, boxed lunches, full entrées, dessert, and more. The Lunda Center is located at 319 7th Street North, La Crosse.

      The Lunda Center is also home to Western's Business and Industry Services (BIS).

    6. Coleman Center (C)

      The Coleman Center houses Western's General Studies division office and classrooms for most of the general education classes required for our associate's degrees, technical diplomas, and the popular Associate of Science-Liberal Arts (ASLA) transfer degree. It is located at 304 6th Street North, La Crosse.

      Classrooms and labs for Graphic Design, Digital Media, Education, and other programs are also located here, as well as Western's Foundation and Alumni Association.

      Need a quick pick-me-up between classes? Check out the Union Grind, a café conveniently located on the first floor of the Coleman Center. It features coffee, cappuccinos, lattés, macchiatos, ready-made cold sandwiches, salads, fruit, and bakery.

    7. Horticulture Education Center (G)

      The Horticulture Education Center is located at 624 Vine Street, La Crosse. It features classrooms and two greenhouses. One greenhouse is used by Landscape Horticulture, Foods, and Agribusiness programs, while the other is a community greenhouse operated by Hillview Urban Agriculture Center.

      The building is also home to Get Growing, a partnership between Western, Mayo Clinic Health System-Franciscan Healthcare, and Hillview Urban Agriculture Center. The mission is to engage collective resources and expertise to create a healthy and resilient 7 Rivers Region through personal empowerment and good food.

    8. Administrative Center (A)

      The Wellness Center and a variety of college administration departments are located in the Administrative Center. It is located at 111 7th Street North, La Crosse. 

      The Wellness Center is located in the lower level of the Administrative Center. Here, you will find a variety of strength training and cardio equipment, as well as group fitness classes and more! 

      The first, second, and third floors house Human Resources, Business Services, Administration, Resource Development, Marketing and Communications, and Institutional Research.

      The District Board room, conference rooms, and a computer classroom are located on the fourth floor.

    9. Residence Hall

      The residence hall is located at 820 La Crosse Street, La Crosse. It offers apartment-style living with the added bonus of special programming for residents and a secure entrance. This facility houses 200 students in 50 four-person rooms.

      Each suite contains two bedrooms (four-person occupancy), one and a half baths, living/dining room, kitchenette with sink, counters, cupboards, microwave, and full refrigerator.
