Goal of the Project:
Nora’s designed project is about measuring the impact of King Abdullah's scholarship program, which began in 2005, from the economic development point of view. The program sent a batch of students to study in the United States of America and then broadened later to include a number of advanced countries in diverse fields of specialization in order to meet the needs of the labor market in Saudi Arabia. Nora will find out how this program affected the students who have graduated from this program in many aspects: level of education, skills, English proficiency, civic engagement, and more, comparing them with students who have decided not to take part in the program.
