On the northeast section of Father O'Connell Hall is a green roof, absorbing rainwater and providing insulation for the building. It is one of many green initiatives on the CUA campus and is part of the University's commitment to supporting the creation of a sustainable environment on campus in its landscaping, grounds and facilities maintenance, construction, and renovation projects.
