    1. Dining Room at the Commons

      The Dining Room at the Commons is Tulane’s new state-of-the-art dining facility, which occupies two floors and offers multiple dining platforms, a rotating menu of local and international cuisine, and the Chef’s Table, a demonstration kitchen. With more than 1,000 seats for eating, studying, and conversation, the Dining Room at the Commons fosters community and builds relationships. Tulane Dining Services has created menus designed to accommodate the needs of all diners. Vegan and vegetarian options are available at every station throughout the dining room. The platform Simplified offers meals free of common allergens: milk, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, shellfish, eggs, or gluten. When dinner service ends, the dining room will stay open to provide late night student engagement and study space until 2:00am
