The building was originally designed to house the campus dining hall and consisted of one large dining room surrounded by porches with kitchen and service space on Law Road. It was later used for classroom space, academic advising, and the R.O.T.C. Now home to Newcomb-Tulane College, every Friday at 9:30am Donuts and Coffee are served with the Dean of the Undergraduate College. Cudd Hall is famous for its porch swings that are often filled with students enjoying the outdoors when the weather is nice.
