The intimate, 250-seat Norton Clapp Theatre, located in Jones Hall, is home to a faculty-directed production each semester, as well as student-directed one acts each fall, the Senior Theatre Festival in the spring, and other productions and performances. All students, regardless of major, are encouraged to participate in all aspects of theatrical production, both onstage and behind the scenes.
Norton Clapp Theatre is wheelchair accessible and equipped for the hearing impaired. Recommended parking for performances is in the Thompson Hall parking lot, located on the east side of Union Avenue at N. 14th Street.
