The Vascular and Endovascular Fellowship and Integrated Residency programs are comprised of hands-on surgical rotations at three major hospitals affiliated with NYU Langone Health and the NYU Grossman School of Medicine. These sites are located geographically close to one another, within a 10-block area on the East Side of Manhattan overlooking the East River, and include the Kimmel Pavilion, NYC Health + Hospitals/Bellevue, and the VA NY Harbor Healthcare System.
The Kimmel Pavilion is a large, technologically advanced tertiary care center with eight hybrid, open, and endovascular operating suites. Residents and fellows gain experience supervising the vascular surgery service and provide direct patient care. Residency and fellowship training experiences include routine procedures and complex open vascular surgical and endovascular procedures, as well as preoperative and postoperative care.
