      1. Driving to Indianapolis

Known as the Crossroads of America, Indianapolis is within a day’s drive of over half of the U.S. population and within three hours of Chicago, Louisville, and Cincinnati. Traffic congestion is a rarity and visitors find the city’s grid layout straightforward and easy to navigate.  Downtown Indianapolis features over 73,000 parking spots.

      2. Indianapolis International Airport

The Indianapolis International Airport (IND) is the first new terminal designed and opened since September 11, 2001, and the nation's first LEED-certified airport.

Indianapolis' $1.1 billion airport was named Best Airport in North America in 2012-2019 by Airports Council International, ranked number one in customer satisfaction by J.D. Power, and named the Best Domestic Airport by Travel + Leisure Reader's Choice Awards.

IND is home to gorgeous public art, dining and shopping options, and Cultural Crossroads, one of the nation's first and most comprehensive local museum stores offering merchandise and displays from eight Indianapolis cultural institutions.

The airport offers an average of 145 departures per day, linking Indianapolis with nonstop flights to 53 destinations in the United States, Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean.

The airport is a short 15-minute drive from the heart of downtown Indianapolis. Once in the city, the following transportation services are available for guests: cab, limo, shuttle, and public bus.
