      1. Prosser Neighborhood

        Prosser Neighborhood
        The Prosser Neighborhood offers two bedroom/one bath units in one and two-story buildings. Units are unfurnished, and feature tile flooring throughout. Prosser is a pet-friendly neighborhood, one approved pet is allowed per unit. 

      2. Williams Neighborhood

        The Williams Neighborhood offers unfurnished, two-bedroom/one-bathroom apartments for students who qualify for year-round housing registration, including families and graduate students. Undergraduates with nine-month, academic leases may also be assigned here. The neighborhood consists of two building styles: Williams 12-15, built in 1957, are one-story buildings, while Williams 101-105, built in 1962, are two-story buildings. Located near the garden plots, the neighborhood provides ample off-street parking and open green spaces for residents to enjoy. The monthly rate includes utility bills such as electric, gas, water, sewer, trash/recycling, internet, Wi-Fi, and cable television, along with free use of laundry facilities.

      3. West Apartments

        The West Neighborhood offers furnished, two-bedroom/one-bathroom apartments for students who qualify for year-round housing registration, including families and graduate students. Built in 1964, these two-story buildings provide ample parking and open green spaces, and are conveniently situated near the Family Resource Center and University Laundry on McElroy Road. The monthly rate includes utility bills such as electric, gas, water, sewer, trash/recycling, internet, Wi-Fi, and cable television, along with free use of laundry facilities. The West Apartments are designed to provide a comfortable and convenient living environment for students, with easy access to key campus locations and amenities.

      4. Family Resource Center

        The Family Resource Center (FRC)
        The Family Resource Center is the center of activity for Family and Graduate Student Housing residents. With our lending system and multiple educational resources, the FRC provides exciting programs for all members of our community.
      5. Demaree Neighborhood

        Demaree Neighborhood
        The Demaree Neighborhood is characterized by two story apartments in two bedroom, one bath configurations. Like the other apartment neighborhoods, Demaree offers all of the amenities you could want, while providing a warm community feeling. All units are unfurnished, and feature central heat and window air conditioning. 

      6. Stevens Neighborhood

        Stevens Neighborhood
        The Stevens Neighborhood offers two bedroom/one bath units in two story buildings. All units are unfurnished and feature laminate tile throughout.All units come equipped with cable TV hookups, WiFi, computer network connections, central heat, and window air conditioning. Residents can also enjoy ample off-street parking.

      7. Brumley Neighborhood

        Brumley Neighborhood
        The Brumley Neighborhood has been recently renovated as part of a multi-year, multi-million dollar renovation of Family and Graduate Student Housing (FGSH). Units have new laminate wood flooring in the kitchen, carpet in the living room and bedrooms, new energy efficient windows, ceiling fans in each bedroom, and new kitchen appliances. The Neighborhood is popular among families and singles alike. With an on-site laundry facility makes that chore more convenient, and the community center is available for gatherings and meetings.
