Admissions and Enrollment Services provide a welcoming, comfortable environment with a customer service focus. It clusters core enrollment services to provide a foundation for improving access and service. The services are not simply co-located, but are integrated and linked. Enrollment processes are aligned to support the operation of the Enrollment Center and facilitate participation by our community of learners. Staff members are continuously cross-trained and are able to address the full range of common customer needs and questions at one point of contact.
