In Memory of Ernest Charles Strong 1927-1998 World War II Veteran, Scout Leader, Teacher and School Administrator. He was dedicated to the special education programs in Kern County. Daylilies were his lifelong hobby. In his memory, these daylilies on the CSUB campus are a special gift from his family.
