   1. Capitol Village 3

      Two projects:

      • The Junction Phase 2, 3/17/26-5/31/26: Minor renovations to the existing building that currently houses Human Resources.  Remove (4) offices and reconfigure of associated lights and HVAC system.  Update interior finishes throughout.
      • Dept. of Public Safety Refresh, 3/9/26-5/31/26:Renovation of the DPS space in the east part of CPV3 to accommodate new staff.
