1. Active Construction Projects

   1. Riverfront Hall

      Four projects:

      • Riverfront Hall Building HVAC,  05/12/25-08/24/25: The air handling unit is original to the building and many components are reaching end of life. This project will replace components such as heating and cooling coils, fans, and controls to increase the resiliency of the unit and improve energy efficiency.
        
        
      • Riverfront Hall Building Roof Replacement, 05/19/25-08/12/25: This is part of the Capital Renewal project and will replace the existing roof.
        
        
      • Active learning classroom upgrades, estimated completion 7/31/2025: Phase 2 of a project to incorporate active learning in various classrooms across campus. 
      • Generator replacements, 05/12/25 08/13/25: The generators are reaching end of life and replacing these will ensures that systems operate when they are needed to protect occupants.
