1. Active Construction Projects

   1. ExtraMile Arena

      Four projects:

      • Arena Roof Replacement, 09/08/25-01/25/26: The existing roof will be replaced as part of the Capital Renewal project.
      • Generator replacements, 05/12/25 08/13/25: The generators are reaching end of life and replacing these will ensures that systems operate when they are needed to protect occupants.
      • Chilled water updates, 10/13/25-3/15/26: The chilled water system is original to the building and has reached the end of its life.  
      • Surveillance System Updates, 4/02/2026-7/31/2026: Installation of 100 surveillance cameras in the ExtraMile Arena.
