1. Active Construction Projects

   1. Yanke Family Research Park

      Three projects:

      • Yanke Siding Replacement, 3/1/2025-TBD: This project will replace the existing building siding with brick veneer on the entire building. 
        
        
      • Yanke HVAC, 12/14/24-02/14/25: The rooftop units at Yanke are original to the building and have reached end of life. These will be replaced to ensure the building is operational and comfortable for occupants. 
        
        
      • Center for School and Community Partnerships remodel, 05/12/25-06/30/25: Installation of new light kits in existing doors, windows in walls and ceiling sound installation.
