Since 2015, the Mindfulness Center has provided a welcoming space for students, faculty, and staff to explore the connection between mind, body, and spirit in 128 McGuffey Hall. Designed to foster both learning and well-being, the center offers a calming environment with incense aromas, yoga mats, bean bag chairs, and refreshments. Campus organizations also utilize the Mindfulness Center as a resource for promoting mindfulness and self-care.
