The Downtown Clifton is the swankest bunkhouse this end of a trail ride, appointed in mid-century hip with all the modern amenities. Our eclectic, electric western vibe is made uniquely Tucson with in room craftsmanship and art collected from and created by Tucson’s own artists and artisans. Every room offers a queen bed on a wooden platform, handmade here in Tucson to complement the original wood beam ceilings. Brightly colored saddle blanket bedspreads accent polished concrete floors and reflect the splash of color that each bathroom hides in its original 1940s tile work. On the walls is a rotating selection of local art, and in the fridge there are tasty locally made snacks.
