        The Paul Green Theatre is home to the PlayMakers Repertory Company Opens in New Window. Seating 500, its versatile thrust stage was designed by the legendary Desmond Heeley. The theatre is named for Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright, teacher, and humanist Paul Green, an early graduate of the Department of Dramatic Art. During each season, which runs from October through April, PlayMakers presents six shows in the Paul Green Theatre.
