This is part of the larger project approved by the board in December that includes lighting upgrades, solar array installations, water conservation measures, HVAC and HVAC controls upgrades including dynamic energy storage, and building envelope improvements. All costs associated with this project to be paid for using associated energy savings and state and federal energy conservation incentives. Overall project has begun and is anticipated to be completed by the end of 2026.
