Phillips Hall, built in 1884 at nearly the same time as Graves Hall, is home to PA's campus safety office, which is dedicated to maintaining a safe and secure environment for all students, faculty, and staff. Our public safety team is on call at all hours and can always be reached at 978-749-4444.
