         The Bud and Val Peterson Residence Hall

         920 Curran St NW, Atlanta, GA 30332

         The Hall is named in honor of former Georgia Tech President Bud Peterson and his wife, Val, recognizing their lasting impact on the Institute.

         The first new residence hall on campus since 2005, this facility for first-year students will be located on the west side of campus along Northside Drive between Eighth and Ninth streets. The building will also contain collaborative learning spaces, community lounges, and group kitchens.

         The Bud and Val Peterson Residence Hall will open Fall 2026.
