EMBRACE ITALY: GASTRONOMY, CULTURE, HISTORY
Spring Break 2025
Travel to Italy to visit the cities of Reggio Emilia, Florence, Bologna, Modena and Parma and learn about the country’s hospitality management and food production practices. The itinerary will consist of seminars and lectures, along with tours of hotel properties, restaurants, foodservice businesses, iconic destinations, and a vineyard/winery and museums. Students will go behind the scenes and interact with local professionals at numerous cultural points of interest.
