The Ernest Scheller Jr. College of Business was named in 2012, in recognition of the generosity of one of the Institute’s most dedicated alumni, Ernest “Ernie” Scheller Jr., BSBA 1952, HON Ph.D. 2013. With the naming, the College shifted from its traditional emphasis on management to the broader focus of business — marking the College’s centennial year with an expanded mission for the future. The Scheller College of Business occupies a prime spot in Tech Square, one of the premier research and innovation centers in the country.
