The Madrone Apartments are for students who have completed 45 or more credit hours, or are 21 or older. The facility is a 24 hour quiet complex and is smoke and incense free.
- 24 Quad Style Apartments (each quad apartment will house 4 students of any gender)
- Each Apartment contains:
- 4 single bedrooms
- 2 bathrooms
- 1 common kitchen/living area
- Ethernet ports,
- appliances,
- some furnishings
- The Complex contains:
- Laundry Facilities
- Lounge
- Elevator
- Common meeting/programming areas
- Office
