Levels 1 and 2 are reserved for vehicles displaying a Red Restricted Permit from 7am until 5pm Monday through Friday.
Level 3 and above are designated for Resident Hall from 7am until 5pm Monday through Thursday, and from 7am until 12pm on Friday.permits
