      1. 10th St One-Way from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

         10th Street is one-way moving west from College Ave. to Lincoln Ave. from 7:30 a.m.-4 p.m.

         Gilmore, Phelps, Voorhees, Cook, VanVleck and Durfee will be accessed by going west on 10th St. 

         Dykstra can be accessed by going east on 9th St.
