      1. Wheelock Student Center

         Wheelock Student Center was named in honor of Anna Lemon Wheelock and R. Arthur Wheelock, Tacoma-area pioneers, through a generous bequest from their daughter, Virginia Wheelock Marshall, a long-time university friend. The building was completed in 1959 and dedicated in 1995. See also: Marshall Hall and Rasmussen Rotunda.
