About
Our Zero Waste team partners with the CPO Food Closet to provide meals to students who are experiencing food insecurity due to financial hardship, and in turn reducing food waste. With a text based service called Bruin Bites, campus community members can receive notifications about when free food is available. In addition, the Collective Pantry was opened in 2022 to provide food and other basic necessities to students facing financial challenges. These services operate anonymously and accept donations to support their daily operations.
