Low Fixtures Installation Project
About
Currently there are low-flow fixtures installed, but there is on-going work to explore new water-saving technologies that make these fixtures even more efficient. As of the 2019-2020 Sustainability Strategic Plan, there are also additional plans to ensure that all University apartments make this same switch to low-flow fixtures. The use of low-flow fixtures are necessary in limiting water use as they are specifically designed to limit water waste; in general, they can save around thousands of gallons of water per year.
