The Well-Being Center is a comprehensive student health and wellness facility. In addition to seeking care from the Student Health Center and Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS), students can access programs and services that focus on prevention and developing healthy habits.
Features of the Well-Being Center include a demonstration kitchen, a meditation garden and mind/body studio, a sensory lounge, a salt therapy room, and an outdoor patio with a fire pit. Organic Krush offers an organic menu, along with gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan bakery items. The center also is home to Karla, the University’s resident therapy dog.
