      1. Dialynas Hall

        Dialynas Hall is a LEED platinum residence hall and the home of the Outdoor Education Center (OEC). Built alongside Sontag Hall in 2011, it has 78 beds configured in three-, four-, five- and six-bedroom suites around a common living room. The three-story building has a large common area and kitchen on each floor. Dialynas has green-living features like air conditioning that turns off when windows are opened, low water use fixtures, solar water heating and an electricity cutoff switch for each suite.

         

        The Outdoor Education Center provides hands-on opportunities for all students in outdoor education and recreation, including physical education classes, leadership and wilderness training, field trips, recreational trips, Orientation Adventure, and more.

        The building was certified LEED Platinum in 2011.
