         Conserving the wild orangutan population of Gunung Palung National Park, Indonesia. Combining scientific research on the health of orangutans with conservation planning, sharing lessons learned with communities through environmental education activities, and protecting vital rainforest habitat with the Customary Forest initiative and by assisting local people in adopting sustainable livelihoods.
