The college's administrative offices are located throughout this building, which was named in honor of former college president William J. Haggerty, who served from 1944 to 1966. The building houses Mail Services, the Educational Opportunity Program, Financial Aid, the Graduate School, Parking, Student Accounts, Records and Registration, Telecommunications, and more. The offices of the President, Provost, and Vice Presidents are located in this building as well. There is also a full-service credit union in the basement, and the Welcome Center is located in the lobby.
