The Court of Sciences provides an informal front lawn and meeting area for students on the south end of the core campus. It also serves as a primary walkway linking the Physical Sciences, Life Sciences and Engineering of the core campus with the Health Sciences campus directly to the south. Surrounding the Court of Sciences are the Math Sciences Building, Franz Hall, the Geology Building, Young Hall, Boyer Hall, Boelter Hall, the new CNSI building, La Kretz Hall, Life Sciences, and the new Orthopedic Hospital Research Center.
