UCLA worked with Icon West to refurbish and repair Dykstra Hall, a 10-story, 130,000 sq. ft. building. In this project there utilizes a curtain-wall system in the lounges to allow vast amounts of natural light in. This also called for a replacement of the windows to a more efficient one that enables greater access to fresh air and ventilation.
