Home to many labs for the
Biology,
Chemistry and
Physics Departments, the Hopper Science Center is named for the glacial cirque on the west side of Mount Greylock, whose shape is said to resemble a grain hopper. The building also includes large student study spaces and a suite of new classrooms, ranging from seminar rooms to the large, 200-seat Bronfman Auditorium.
