The Fleming L. Jolley Residential Complex (JRC)
160 Few Circle, Oxford, GA 30054
The complex connects four older residence halls: Dickey, Stone, Dowman, and Bonnell. The buildings now have air‑conditioning, additional study rooms, more common areas, kitchenettes, and a computer lab. The renovation project was close to 4 million dollars and completed in January of 1996. Dr. Flemming Jolley, an alum from Oxford and Emory, and a retired surgeon, donated 1.4 million dollars to Oxford for this project. The study rooms have also been dedicated to former professors and alumni who have served or given money to Oxford. All of the buildings are coed with single sex floors.
