Construction work will begin March 3, 2025, and continue into October of 2025. The project includes repairing and cleaning the exterior brick, replacement of building glazing from the third floor to the roof line, a new roof, plus cleaning and repairs to the murals. The contractor will perform the work on the Jerome exterior facade and in Jerome east drive. The contractor will be closing the drive between Jerome and Fine Arts including the east dock doors but will maintain the west entrances of Fine Arts through the duration of the project.
