Morgan Hall- Pulse On Dining Marketplace Dining Hall
Our state of the art Pulse on Dining Marketplace offers buffet style breakfast, lunch, and dinner with several healthy entree choices, including chef’s specials, pasta station, salad bar, fresh deli station, grilled foods, fruit and dessert station, vegetarian options and allergy specific food station. We actively implement several programs in the dining hall such as the Eat Local program that supports local vendors and farmers, use of cage free eggs, sustainability initiatives such as recycling paper, plastics, donating food waste to local pig farms and using earth friendly dining vessels. Our Clean Plate Program focuses on ‘take what you can eat’ to minimize food waste in our environment. Our students enjoy dining at POD with their meal plans, goat bucks, bonus points, cash or credit card.
